Chef John Augsondthung is an innovative youg chef and owner of Fuji Sushi Bar & Asian Bistro. He is know for his creative and refined culinary skills as well as his uniquely refreshing perspective on the dining experience. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, John moved to the United States in 2000 where he began working as a sushi chef at the famous Sushi Siam in Miami. John enjoys blending an fun and relaxed environment with well-prepared refined dining. His interesting perspective combined with over 10 years of experience gives a fresh flavor to the culinary business.
