Chef Jon Augsondthung is an innovative chef and owner of Fuji Sushi Bar & Asian Bistro. He is known for his creative and refined culinary skills as well as his uniquely refreshing perspective on the dining experience. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Jon moved to the United States in 2000 where he began working as a sushi chef in Miami. Jon enjoys blending an fun and relaxed environment with well-prepared refined dining. His interesting perspective combined with over 20 years of experience gives a fresh flavor to the culinary business.
